Job Scope:

We are looking for an experienced food and beverage, Store & Stock Supervisor.


Working closely with our purchasing department, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing supplies and equipment, and ensuring exceptional cleanliness throughout our resources.

You will verify that supplies and goods received are listed onrequisitions/orders and the delivery challans, invoices are checked and filed in the appropriately.

In addition, you will maintain par stock, inventory, and stock records every month and compile records of expenditures/consumptions.

This post is for 25 hours per week - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.


Responsibilities:


  • Receiving and forwarding all goods and deliveries in and out of the premises to the correct point of contact/storage area
  • Monitoring and take inventory on regular basis to compile orders based on par levels or needs
  • Managing storage of both food, beverage, disposable, and operational stock
  • Verifying all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received
  • Processing Invoices and managing our materials management systems
  • Conducting audits of stock and inventory
  • Maintaining cleanliness of all areas

If you have:


  • Educated to GCSE or equivalent including maths and English
  • Relevant qualification (food and Beverage)
  • Previous experience within a similar position within the food and beverage industry
  • Experience of supplies and goods received requisitions/orders and the delivery
  • Experience of Inventory/Materials Management Systems
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety policies and procedures, and other relevant legislation
  • Knowledge of standards for issuing and receiving goods
  • Excellent computer skills to include knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills.
