Description
We have full-time permanent post available at our Redruth store
- you will be working for a family run business who have Decorating Centres across The South West and South Wales. We supply decorating products to members of the public, professional decorators, contractors, local authorities and other public bodies. We also supply made to measure curtains and blinds, wallpapers and fabrics.

  • Be able to offer very high level of customer service.
  • Have retail or trade experience
  • Experience in the paint industry or a trade counter environment is preferable although not essential.
  • Be able to engage with customers and attend to their needs with ease.
  • Have a track record of delivering results whilst working in a fast paced and busy retail and trade environment.
  • Be willing to learn and keen to develop their knowledge and skill base.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Servicing trade and business accounts.
  • Assisting retail customers with their product and colour selection.
  • Mixing paint.
  • Handling cash/Operating the tills.
  • Stocking shelves/Ordering stock.
  • Assisting with store deliveries in the company vehicle as/when required.
  • Merchandising the store and much more.

HOLIDAYS:
we offer 33 days annual leave to all fulltime employees from the very start (inclusive of all Bank Holidays)

  • This is above the national average for most employees.

Salary:
£24,310.00-£25,200.00 per year
