We are currently recruiting a
Quality Inspector / CMM Operator to join our team in Gateshead.

We are renowned for creating and delivering effective solutions to a variety of industry sectors that operate in severe duty environment including Oil and Gas, Power Generation, Subsea, Food Production, Electric Vehicles, Tooling, Defense and Aviation.

The Role
As a member of our Inspection department you will have the following duties:

Perform first off, in-process and final dimensional inspection using a variety of gauges; micrometers, calipers,
Produce & run CMM programs to perform first off, inprocess and final inspection.
Perform surface finish & visual inspection against customer drawing specifications.
Document inspection results and produce reports.
Ensure regular calibration of inspection equipment.
Maintain inspection equipment as specified on the calibration schedule.
Maintain the storage of drawings, job sheets, calibration records etc.
Follow the requirements of the company's certified QEHS Management System and the responsibilities defined therein.
