What you'll be doing as our Head of Marketing

Fortress was founded over 40 years ago and has experienced 30-50% YoY growth in recent years, please add in the generic new content from the other ads.

The business is now investing heavily in Marketing, with the next hires being a Head of Marketing, CRM Leadand Content Manager.

The Content Marketing Manager will be joining the company as it enters a critical phase of accelerated growth and, as part of the Marketing team, you'll play a pivotal role in helping to plan and deliver outstanding Content to feed a fully integrated marketingstrategy.

The Content Marketing Manager will produce and own written content and calendars for CRM, Sales and Marketing.

You'll monitor, report and advise on all externally facing content and act as guardian for all written and visual story telling.

You'll partner with talented designers, our team has motion graphics, VR and videography expertise inhouse, to create rich, world-class content which engages target audiences and tells compelling stories about Fortress and its exciting customer base.


What experience you'll need to apply:

  • Proven track record in a Content Manager, Content Writer, or similar Content Marketing role
  • Engineering background is not required but is preferable to be able to understand our products well enough to write copy independently
  • Experience working for a global organisation is desirable but not essential
  • Demonstratable experience in producing evergreen, short form, long form, ad hoc, planned and wide ranging style and types of content
  • Experience in and a desire to create robust content management systems and approval processes without being beaurocratic
  • Technical ability to understand our products purpose at a basicintermediate level to effectively work with our engineering/product teams
  • Collaborative mindset who will happily work cross function and cross border.
  • Team Player able to provide input into a multifunctional team and contribute to the culture of the team and business
