Description
CIPD level 3 qualification would be preferred but is not essential.


This role would suit an experienced HR Advisor who has excellent communication, attention to detail and organisational skills and will also be confident in decision making in line with current legislation.

Previous experience of working within a HR role is essential.


The HR Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining & monitoring holiday, absence, sickness and timekeeping records,
  • Processing requests and produce reports as required.
  • Training and development tasks including keeping accurate records, updating training files, source training providers and booking training.
  • Inputting data on relevant systems as required on daily basis.
  • Completion of reference requests.
  • Assisting with preparation of contracts, completing inductions and ensuring relevant information is passed to payroll for new employees.
  • Processing of leavers.


The above is not an exhaustive list of duties, the applicant may be asked to take on different tasks as required and will be expected to work collaboratively to support the company.


Hourly pay rate:

- £13.46 per hour
