CDM Health & Safety Consultant

This is a great opportunity for a CDM professional to join a growing health and safety consultancy, where you will provide technical support to a diverse range of clients while receiving full support for training and qualifications, with a clear progression route to Director.

You will be responsible for managing multiple projects, acting as either the Principal Designer or CDM Advisor. You will oversee and prepare pre-construction information, review risk assessments, method statements, and construction phase plans, providing expert advice on their suitability.

The ideal candidate will have strong health and safety and CDM knowledge, enabling them to provide detailed professional advice to clients. A full UK driving license is essential to facilitate site visits when required.

The Role:

• Providing technical CDM and Health & Safety advice to a range of clients
• Acting as Principal Designer or CDM Advisor
• Based in the Swansea office, with occasional site travel
• Excellent opportunity for technical development and progression to Director

The Key Responsibilities:

• Managing multiple projects as Principal Designer or CDM Advisor
• Preparing pre-construction information and reviewing risk assessments
• Providing expert advice on suitability of method statements and construction phase plans
• Liaising with design teams, client teams, and principal contractors

The Requirements:

• Strong health and safety and CDM knowledge
• NEBOSH qualified
• Full UK driving license
• Within a commutable distance of the Swansea office
