About the role and the team
As Young People Support Worker, you will manage a caseload of clients, addressing their physical, emotional, social and behavioural needs; supporting them to progress towards independence.
You will also hold shared responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of the clients, volunteers and staff in the service.

About you:
You will have excellent communication skills and be committed to the values and ethos of Depaul UK.
- Experience of working with the client group
- An understanding and commitment to working in an assetsbased way
- An understanding of the needs of people who have experienced homelessness, poor mental health, substance use
- A knowledge and understanding of Risk Assessments and Support Planning.
- Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
