We have a new and exciting role for a motivated individual to advocate for a high-quality Temporary Staffing service.

This service provides a high quality, fit for purpose temporary workforce to ensure the safe staffing levels of the hospital and patient care is maintained.

The role will require commitment to engagement with staff and colleagues, supporting wellbeing and training for Bank workers. Strong customer service skills are essential to support recruitment and retention.

This is a unique role that will allow you to connect with and support vital staff groups.

You will provide administrative support as part of the Temporary Staffing Engagement team. This role also supports the Operations Team in making bookings and actioning cancellations of bank and agency workers.


To succeed in this role you:

  • Will demonstrate excellent communication skills and an empathetic approach.
  • Will be expected to prioritise your workload in a department with changing demands.
  • Have experience in administration, patient care, or customer service.
  • Have good computer skills and a confident telephone manner.
  • The role will require excellent communication and organisation skills.


This is an exciting time to join the expanding Temporary Staffing Team, who work closely with a wide range of teams including Education, Human Resources, Recruitment and Trust wide Clinical Teams.

In this role you will assist with ongoing recruitment and attraction campaigns to grow our clinical temporary staff bank, promoting our Trust and our values.


You will provide administrative support as part of the Temporary Staffing Engagement team supporting with wellbeing, appraisal reviews and training for Bank workers.
