Production Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Production Coordinator to join our team in Middlesbrough. Our Production Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that all production processes are running smoothly and efficiently.

This position will also be responsible for assisting in the scheduling of production needs, ensuring inventory levels are maintained, and assisting in the shipping process.


Responsibilities:


  • Produce ancillary lists for load bearing schemes if not provided by design team
  • Assist to rationalise manufacturing lists from designers
  • Source competitive pricing for ancillary materials and arrange orders
  • Assist with pricing and checking of delivery notes
  • Procure, track and log deliveries and dispatch
  • Processing of customer orders into works orders and MCS data to for issuing into production.
  • Issue daily reports to assist in material tracking and ensure deadlines are adhered too.
  • Organisation of delivery schedules ensuring that all deliveries comply with the delivery note and customer specification.
  • Creation of delivery notes for loading purposes.
  • Keeping delivery notes filed in month order together with POD's
  • Accurate monitoring and maintenance of efficiency and production records
  • Assisting with the purchasing of raw material.
  • Manage production tracking documents.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory levels throughout the facility.
  • Ensure all production materials are being stored properly throughout the facility.
  • Maintain a positive work environment for other employees.
  • Issuing Invoices to clients.

Skills
:
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.

Must have strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions in English speaking languages fluently. Must have strong communication skills including written and verbal English speaking skills. prolific with excel and experience working with cashflow software is a must.
