CRM Analyst

£30,000 - £35,000

Hybrid, Gloucester
We are looking for an experienced CRM Analyst to join a Gloucestershire based market leader.


The CRM Analyst will be responsible for the ongoing analysis and development of Hubspot throughout the company, and will develop a data-led approach, ensuring data insight is central to the business performance, as well as enhancing business opportunities.


The CRM Analyst will be joining an innovative, thriving business, who put their employees at the centre of their success.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the ongoing analysis and development of Hubspot throughout the company
  • Create opportunities for efficiencies, data management, reporting, and automation across the CRM platform
  • Create accurate lead scoring to support the sales team
  • Liaise with internal stakeholder to analyst data, identifying gaps and opportunities in relation to the use of HubSpot
  • Conduct regular data audits, analysing business trends and insights
  • Develop all CRM and communication reports

Skills/ Experience:


  • Technical experience of CMS, and the implementation of CRM/marketing automation platforms
  • Take an analytical approach, with the ability to multitask/prioritise projects
  • Advanced experience using HubSpot
  • A strong team player, with a cando attitude
  • An understanding of workflow communication strategies
  • Marketing communications background, with a focus on CRM, data, and digital media is desirable
