The Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Distributor Lead in their daily management of the EMEA Export markets, ensuring Sales targets are met and excellent execution of the brand strategy and guidelines


Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with sales planning and coordinating with internal departments (Customer Logistics, Finance, Marketing) to ensure smooth execution from forecast to launch
• Managing client requests (product information, marketing material, orders, regulatory etc.)
• Analyse and consolidate data (inventory reports, forecasts, sales reports, sku analysis, pricing etc.)
• Ensure excellent customer service and execution of operational processes
• Support manager with operational tasks (events etc)

What You Will Do:

• Support the Export Manager in the daily management of distributor market including Sales planning and Marketing activation.
• Supporting the markets in the monthly ordering and forecast process and coordinating between clients and Customer Logistics to ensure smooth execution from forecast to order
• Coordinate and manage requests internally within Export, Regional and Global functions including Marketing, Logistics, Product Development teams (e.g. coordination of product information as well as marketing and sales material, regulatory process, management of product complaint, monthly process from order to shipment etc.) to ensure excellent inmarket execution and brand performance.
• Analysis and consolidation of data (inventory reports, forecasts, monthly sales reports, sku analysis, pricing etc.
• Contribute to align and improve current processes and participate in documentation for all internal planning, forecasting and budget
• Support Export Manager in analysing potential of new markets/distributors and in preparation of new market entries (registration process)
• Prepare and organize meetings with internal and external customers (eg. distributors conferences, meetings etc.). Holiday replacement for office support function

What You Need:

• BA in Business Administration, ideally with international orientation
• Minimum of 23 years' experience in an operational role within a regional or international business environment
• Excellent skills in MS Office in particular Excel, analytic mind comfortable with numbers and data analysis
• Ideally experience in Export business, Sales coordination or Trade Marketing.
• Ideally first experience within the Beauty/ consumer care industry
