24Seven are looking for a Junior HR for one of our Luxury Fashion brands

Office is based in Hoxton, London
Permanent Full Time - Monday - Friday


Responsibilities:


  • Recruitment and talent retention
  • Support line managers to effectively manage teams
  • Provide advice relating to HR policies, guidelines, and standards
  • Employee Relations
  • Training and development
  • Performance management

Requirements:


  • 2+ years experience
  • Relevant experience in HR in a fastpaced sector
  • Experience in recruitment and working on a variety of roles
  • Forward thinking, team player, organized and eager to learn
  • Assisting the team
  • Administrative tasks
  • Excellent at building and maintaining professional relationships
  • CIPD beneficial but not essential
