Salary:
£21,000 - £22,500 + Company and Personal Performance Bonus

Comfortable with Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Outlook
Comfortable talking on the phone, developing relationships with partners and customers

Objectives / Responsibilities

Provision new business on our various network platforms
Management of inlife changes with various networks
Management of tasks within our own Self-Serve Portal
First and second line billing queries
Accurately enter order details onto network systems and onto the Zest4 bespoke billing platform
Develop a good working knowledge of all products sold by Zest
Perform Customer and Partner service tasks and support this team.
Work within other teams and on various projects where required
