The Role


Key purpose of the role is to oversee the Highway/Transport schemes that include cycle schemes, road widening, junction improvements, and drainage schemes.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Attend daily meetings with the dedicated Project Manager and Project Designer
  • Undertake daily supervision/inspection of the dedicated 'site' up to the completion of the Contract.
  • Compile and provide daily and monthly site reports and record sheets to the dedicated Project Manager.
  • Ensure all constructed works, meets the required specification of the Contract
To be considered for this role you will require

  • Hold a construction qualification (NVQ 3) or a similar qualification CSC
  • Supervisory experience preferably within the highways/transport engineering industry
The below skills would be beneficial for the role:

  • Working knowledge of CDM regulations and relevant standards and specifications related to highways and transport construction works.


The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering
£390 per day Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
