As an Town Planner, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading and overseeing complex urban/town planning projects from inception to completion.
- Providing expert guidance on town planning policies and regulations, with a focus on achieving clients' objectives.
- Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities to navigate and secure complex planning permissions.
- Conducting comprehensive site assessments, feasibility studies, and risk analyses.
- Preparing and delivering highlevel town planning reports and proposals.
- Driving continuous improvement in town planning strategies and processes to ensure excellence.
- Extensive and proven experience in town planning and development, ideally at a senior level.
- A deep understanding of UK town planning policies, regulations, and local planning authorities.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional project management abilities, including the successful delivery of largescale town planning projects.
- A proactive and innovative approach to resolving complex town planning challenges.
- Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) is highly desirable.
