Overall Objective:


To support the delivery of Esh Group's 'Constructing Local' strategy and ensure the delivery of scheme specific commitments providing maximum benefit to our clients and their communities.

Provide 'administrative' and 'engagement' support as part of Esh's Social Value team.


Key Accountabilities:

Demonstrate a genuine interest in Social Value and a passion for making a difference

Coordinate and deliver social and economic value programmes (including school engagement)

Build and maintain positive relationships with multiple stakeholders (including clients and delivery partners)

Work closely with Esh Group staff, clients, supply chain and associated businesses to ensure smooth coordination of schemes

Monitor the effectiveness of programmes and collate feedback

Collate statistic reports

Prepare internal and external communications (social media, website, case studies, PR, internal comm's and BD updates)

Maintain a high standard of health and safety, safeguarding and GDPR compliance in all activities

Uphold Esh Group's core values of; care, trust, integrity, respect and collaboration

Experience & Qualifications:


Applicants must have:

Good understanding of Microsoft Office based packages (essential)

No previous convictions (essential)

The confidence to liaise with internal and external stakeholders (essential)

A full UK driving licence (desirable)

Competent in using database systems (desirable)

Experience of delivering presentations in a school environment (desirable)
