Job description

For this position, your main areas will be in administration and customer services with the opportunity to learn other areas of the company.


  • Putting sales orders from the website onto our Sage system
  • Updating customers regarding order information
  • Filing and organising documents
  • Building relationships with customers and delivering outstanding customer service
  • Processing orders for new and existing customers (familiarity with Sage or similar software is an advantage)
  • Taking orders via the phone and assisting with customer queries
  • Liaising with the warehouse
  • Learning the product range to expand your knowledge
  • Assisting the office manager and other areas of the business with general tasks when required

The package
As well as the opportunity to join a family-run company, you will receive:

  • In the region of £21,000
  • £22,000 salary (this may vary depending on experience)
  • 37.5 hours per Week
