Job description
For this position, your main areas will be in administration and customer services with the opportunity to learn other areas of the company.
- Putting sales orders from the website onto our Sage system
- Updating customers regarding order information
- Filing and organising documents
- Building relationships with customers and delivering outstanding customer service
- Processing orders for new and existing customers (familiarity with Sage or similar software is an advantage)
- Taking orders via the phone and assisting with customer queries
- Liaising with the warehouse
- Learning the product range to expand your knowledge
- Assisting the office manager and other areas of the business with general tasks when required

The package
As well as the opportunity to join a family-run company, you will receive:
- In the region of £21,000
- £22,000 salary (this may vary depending on experience)
- 37.5 hours per Week
