The Whitby High School is a highly successful 11-18 foundation school with 1600 students on roll including a thriving sixth form.

This popular, oversubscribed school places the achievement of all learners as priority and as a result academic standards are high.

The School are seeking to appoint a number of new cleaning assistants to join our in-house cleaning and site team to maintain the excellent standards of cleanliness around the school.

You will be responsible for undertaking cleaning duties under the supervision of the Site Manager ensuring that high standards of premise care are maintained in accordance with cleaning specifications and current Health and Safety legislation.

Duties may also include monitoring toilet areas depending on the agreed hours of work.

You will be required to work 3 hours per day Monday to Friday. Times of working will be by mutual negotiation between 8am and 6 pm. Exact timings will be discussed further during interview

Relevant experience is an advantage although not essential as training will be provided.
