Careersolve are once again proud to be partnering with a specialist manufacturing company basis based in Carlisle, who are continuing to grow and are currently looking for an
Assembly Joiner.

This is a full-time role, 39 Hours per Week

Mon - Thursday 8am - 4:30pm

Friday 8am - 3pm

£ £13.08 per Hour

Duties for the
Assembly Joiner:

Operation of joinery shop equipment including; Table / Crosscut saws, planer/thicknesser, spindle moulder, chainmortise
Operation of hand / power tools including; Drilling, tapping, grinding, routering and other operations needed based on the job requirements
Interpreting engineering drawings to fulfil job requirements
Marking out of components to a high degree of accuracy
Setup and lay out of components using jigs and templates

The Ideal
Assembly Joiner will:

Be quality conscious with an eye for detail
Have a flexible approach to work and be able to assist in other departments when required
Be reliable, punctual, willing to work overtime to meet business needs
Be a strong team player

Job Types:

Salary:
£11.53-£13.08 per hour
