Reporting into the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for handling customer enquiries for the Hancocks/Wholesale sweets and Bonds E-commerce customers as part of our busy customer service team.

The CSR will be responsible for delivering world class customer service to world of sweets customers and consumers.

This role is offered on a full time permanent basis.

We offer hybrid working working 3 days a week in the office and 2 days working from home on successful completion of the initial training period.

The Job Role_
- _To identify issues and priorities and to work across the business to find the most customer focused, cost effective and timely resolution._
- _Effective customer issue resolution to deliver world class customer service_
- _Ensure the correct capture and correct coding of all inbound contacts via internal CRM system_
- _Capturing _
all _contacts into the CC regardless of method of contact_
- _

Complaints Management:
The CSR will own, resolve and review all inbound contacts_
- _Handling social media enquiries through FB and twitter within agreed SLA's - using the appropriate_ _tone of voice to match the situation_
- _Handling all post into the CC and processing and logging accordingly_
- _S_ending internal compliment letters to the recipients_
- _Assessment and discussions of complaint trends within CC - communicating and escalating where appropriate_
- _T_he CSR's will work cross functionally across interfacing teams and stakeholders to fully align and _engage on areas to drive service improvement._
