Description

We are seeking a Sales and Events Co-ordinator to work with our current Sales, Marketing and Events Teams to support business development.

Required Skills:

• MS Office Proficiency
• A strong knowledge of Excel is required

• Admin Proficiency

• Operating in house booking and reporting systems with customer details and financial transactions
• Web and Content Management
• Using our CMS to update our retail and corporate websites with current content, updating social media platforms

Preferred

• GDS (Galileo)
• Experience of using Galileo to update and manage retail bookings

• Event Management

• Occasional travel to events may be required
• Travel Agency Experience MICE and/or FIT
• An understanding of the travel and event market, preferably in an event driven environment
• Social Media Experience optimization of output across all channels
• PPC Advertising
• Google AdWords

Beneficial

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• A high level of numerical ability and accuracy
