Description
We are seeking a Sales and Events Co-ordinator to work with our current Sales, Marketing and Events Teams to support business development.
Required Skills:
- MS Office Proficiency
- A strong knowledge of Excel is required
- Admin Proficiency
- Operating in house booking and reporting systems with customer details and financial transactions
- Web and Content Management
- Using our CMS to update our retail and corporate websites with current content, updating social media platforms
Preferred
- GDS (Galileo)
- Experience of using Galileo to update and manage retail bookings
- Event Management
- Occasional travel to events may be required
- Travel Agency Experience MICE and/or FIT
- An understanding of the travel and event market, preferably in an event driven environment
- Social Media Experience optimization of output across all channels
- PPC Advertising
- Google AdWords
Beneficial
- A knowledge of poker or gaming industry
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Great attention to detail
- A high level of numerical ability and accuracy
- Good organisational and timemanagement skills, able to multitask
- A confident and proactive approach
- Comfortable with, or keen to learn digital tools, systems and databases
