Sales Assistant

We're looking for a friendly, confident communicator to join our Sales team.

Do you have a sale driven attitude and are committed to delivering excellence? Then this could be the role for you.

Salary:
£20,000.00

We are looking for applicants who have the following skills:

Strong customer service experience, ideally within a telesales environment
Ability to engage with customers on the phone in a friendly and professional way
Strong computer skills and experience working with Dynamics AX
Eligibility to live and work in the UK
A good standard of spoken English
Great communication and people skills
A friendly, positive, problemsolving nature
Confidence to handle cash in a fastpaced environment
Knowledge and experience of working in a frontline job
Computer literacy (including Microsoft Word and Excel)

Responsibilities of the role:

Input orders into the system for collection and delivery
Identify sales opportunities to grow existing customer accounts
Generate sales through contact with prospective customers
Respond efficiently to queries with appropriate information on products and services
Manage designated accounts
Interact with customers and process sales quickly, accurately and efficiently
Initiate sales leads in order to promote product sales and increase annual turnover, in line with sales targets
Generate sales through contact with prospective customers

, acting as a sales representative when required
