Bristol City Council's Housing services department are currently looking for a Plumbing Trade Supervisor to fill a position within its Response Repairs team.


The job will involve the day-to-day supervision of plumbers and Gas trained plumbers providing servicing and repairs in council owned dwellings managed by the Response Repairs Service.

You will maintain day to day supervision and development under the direction of the area Trade Manager. The team is primarily composed of trades craft technicians.


You will be responsible for ensuring high quality of work from operatives, getting work done 'right first time' and achieving high customer satisfaction whilst staying within budgetary targets and providing a cost effective, value for money service.

You will require relevant ACS trade qualifications/experience, be CSCS registered and have a full driving licence.
The role requires a medium level of fluency.

You must have the ability to converse with citizens and provide complex information in accurate spoken English, or through a BSL interpreter.
