IVA Credit Controller


Location:
Cheadle


Salary:
£25,000 basic


Working Hours:


  • Monday to Thursday: 09:00 18:00
  • Friday: 10:00 19:00 (Early Finish)
  • No Weekends

Company Overview:

We are partnered with a leading financial services company specialising in Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVA). They are dedicated to helping individuals manage their debts and achieve financial stability.

Their team is expanding, and they are currently seeking an experienced and proactive IVA Credit Controller to their our team in Cheadle.


Job Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Monitor and manage the credit control aspects of IVA cases.
  • Liaise with creditors to negotiate and agree on payment terms.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure they understand and adhere to their payment obligations.
  • Resolve any issues related to missed or delayed payments, providing solutions to keep IVA cases on track.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all credit control activities.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Previous experience as an IVA Credit Controller is essential.
  • Knowledge of credit control procedures within the context of IVAs.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.
