Disability Assessor

Employment Type:
Full Time or Part-time (3, 4, or 5 days a week)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Work Arrangement:
Remote work and Hybrid working options available

Salary Range:
£35,000 to £41,800

Black Fox Solutions is excited to welcome a new Disability Assessor to our team, joining one of the leading healthcare groups in the UK.

Your contributions will directly impact the lives of individuals requiring support to maintain their independence.

Role Responsibilities:

Conduct daily assessments to evaluate the impact of individuals' conditions on their daily lives.
Analyze and interpret clinical information, including correspondence from consultants and GPs.
Prepare comprehensive reports based on evidence gathered during assessments.

Compensation:

Starting salary: £35,000
Salary progression: Up to £38,000 (includes 2 x £1000 salary increases based on completing internal training)
Performance bonus: 10% of basic salary, paid quarterly
Potential OTE (On Target Earnings): £41,800

Qualifications:

We are seeking professionals with the following qualifications and experience:

Paramedics, Physiotherapists, Registered Nurses, and Occupational Therapists with at least 1 year of experience and active HCPC/NMC registration

Speech and Language Therapists, with at least 2 years of experience and active HCPC registration.
