My client is a very well established manufacturing/distribution company based in Hatfield, Herts who is seeking an experienced Credit Controller.


  • Dealing with invoice queries
  • Keeping bad debts under control and taking corrective action should a should a
- negative situation arise.

  • Keeping debts in excess of 30 days overdue under 2% in line with company's KPI's.
  • Liaising with solicitors regarding any legal action that may arise and follow up until
- resolution.

  • Preparing schedule of cash posting and keeping customer accounts up to date enabling
- releases.

  • Dealing with and resolving queries in a timely manner using our dedicated query
- management system.

  • Customer account setup to ensure compliance with regulations together with account
  • Discussion and cooperation with the department Manager, Area Sales Managers and
with other departments both in the UK and overseas.

  • Releasing goods once payment is received
Using their inhouse ERP system (training provided).
