We are looking to recruit a residential care worker to join our team in an established Children's Home, which is situated near to the Sussex/Surrey border.

We care for children who have complex attachment needs and a range of behaviours arising from their childhood experiences.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, fun, empathic and excellent communicator who can provide safe, nurturing care within a therapeutic environment.

Relevant experience in a residential or social care role is essential.

Applicants must have a proven traceable work history and be able to drive. The position involves shift work which includes evenings, sleep in's and weekend working on a rota basis.


Salary:
£25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
