We have a great opportunity for a Domestic Team Leader to join our team based in Sheppey Community Hospital, Sheerness.

The salary on offer is £23,948.76 per annum. (Pro rata for part time hours). This is a 37.5-hour full time, permanent position. The working pattern will be 09:00 until 17:00pm, Monday to Friday. However, flexibility is required, as may need to work early mornings or evenings to support.

A driving licence and DBS is required.

This role will ensure the delivery of a full cleaning service within NHS Property Services premises in accordance with the NHSPS Domestic Services Operative Manual, at the prescribed times, in line with policies and procedures and as detailed in the cleaning work schedules through the provision of management and supervision to the cleaning team.

To be considered for this role you will have:

City and Guilds level 3 cleaning and support services or equivalent demonstrable experience.
Working knowledge of Health and Safety requirements.
Experience of managing a team.
