Description

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced SME Finance Manager to join a super talented Digital Events Agency with an annual turnover of £3M.

Our client has an impressive reputation working with global brands, pushing the technical boundaries of production.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking to strengthen their finance function, to ensure financial stability as they navigate the next chapter of the growth plan.

Reporting directly to the two founder Directors, you will take full ownership of the Finance department.

Key responsibilities will include:
The all-encompassing finance remit, from ledgers to year-end

Managing payment of invoices, including foreign currencies.

Preparation of annual budget with Management Team

Managing third parties relationships, such as bank, insurance providers, HMRC

Preparation of rolling 3-month forecast P&L, balance sheet and cash flow,

Production of monthly and annual management accounts,

Quarterly VAT return

Ongoing review of financial performance, costs and structure to identify opportunities to enhance performance

Take a lead on evaluating and improving processes within the finance function,

Payroll, including subcontractors

Liaising with the various project teams, assisting for forecasting costs and quoting projects

Preparation of Year-End, working with external accountants

Experience required:
AAT, ACA, ACCA, CIMA Accountant Qualified/ Qualified by experience.

Strong technical experience in financial and management accounting.

Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the changing needs of the business.
