Thrive Group are delighted to working with an established manufacturer based in Westbury that are looking to recruit an experienced Engineer (Product Development)to join the team on a permanent basis.


What you will be doing:


  • Development of new products, working closely with both sales and engineering
  • Redesign of existing products to enhance functionality/reduce costs
  • Creation of design projects and specifications, presenting to management
  • Overseeing the engineering of product prototypes including full product testing through to production
  • Liaison with a number of departments

What you need in order to succeed:

  • BSc in Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience within product design/development
  • Deadline driven with excellent attention to detail
  • First rate communication and IT skills including CAD and SolidWorks
