We're looking to recruit a Team Leader Supervisor to work remotely as part of our Interviewing Services team on a full-time basis.


About the role
We're looking to fill this new role within our Interviewing Services (IS) team. The team consists of primarily remote staff, a majority of who conduct telephone interviews for various projects.

Our Team Leaders (TLs) oversee the activity of the interviewing team and your role will be to ensure TL performance is consistent and in line with IFF expectations.

You'll work across the team, monitoring TL performance through regular on-shift check-ins and gain feedback from admin support.

You'll be responsible for ensuring interviewers feel supported and informed throughout their work, while also ensuring project performance delivery targets are met.


Part of your role will be to lead daily briefings to encourage and support the team, providing positive feedback and best practice.

You'll have regular contact with individuals to understand what is working and what could be improved.

This is a shift-based role and we operate from 9-9.

You'll be needed some weekends, but we pride ourselves on being a flexible employer, so we always try to accommodate a pattern that works for you.


Responsibilities


In this role, you'llmonitor TL performance and support the IS team to ensure efficiencies are maintained and improved where needed.


As part of this you will:

  • Track post-shift interviewer surveys for trends in TL feedback and follow up where needed
  • Build and maintain relationships with interviewers to understand what works well and what needs improving.
  • Build TL reports, monitor patterns and share information with the IS management team
  • Prepare and lead weekly TL meetings to share updates, best practice and positive guidance
  • Attend IS management meetings to share stats and performance updates
  • Be the first point of escalation for any TL concerns or performance issues
  • Identify skills gaps and work with training team to build support
  • Carry out annual performance reviews
  • Overall resource management/recruitment of Team Leaders

About you
This role supports several teams, so you'll likely have experience working across different teams in previous roles.

We're looking for an adaptable and hands-on person who enjoys working with a variety of people and has experience supporting multiple teams, ideally in a flexible environment.

You should have excellent communication skills, the ability to positively influence and lead people and be balanced and empathetic.

It would be great if you had an understanding or experience of basic employee relations processes - and perhaps have experienced effective ways to assess performance.
