Description
Arc Legal Group, an AmTrust International business, is a specialist provider of legal expenses insurance and related services.

We work with insurers, intermediaries, financial institutions and affinity groups, focusing upon delivering bespoke solutions providing 'best in market' legal advice and case handling.

We're seeking a confident and enthusiastic customer service advisor to handle home emergency claims. You'll need to answer calls promptly, assess claims, and assign the right contractor. You'll also need to provide verbal explanations if a claim isn't covered and agree on contractor appointments.

If you are someone who can demonstrate confidence, empathy, and resilience we want to hear from you.


You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to empathise with the customer while still being firm and concise in communicating the result of the claim.
