Cover Supervisor - Oldham

Cover Supervisor Duties:


  • Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of regular teachers
  • Follow lesson plans provided by teachers and ensure their effective implementation
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Manage student behavior and enforce school policies
  • Provide support to students with special education needs
  • Assist students with their learning and provide guidance when necessary
  • Foster a love for learning through engaging and interactive activities
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure continuity in student learning

Cover Supervisor Skills:


  • Experience working with children, particularly those with special education needs
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Creative writing skills to develop engaging lesson plans and activities
  • Mentoring skills to provide guidance and support to students
  • Ability to work with individuals on the autism spectrum
  • Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives
  • Tutoring skills to provide additional academic support when needed

Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm


Salary:
£80.00-£120.00 per day


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
