Recruitment Administrator up to £23,000.00 with COMMISSION after successful Probation.
This role is to provide administrative support to our incredibly busy and successful Recruitment Team. We specialise in Hospitality and Event staff as well the Healthcare Industry.
As a
Recruitment Administrator your duties will include:
- Managing incoming calls and inquiries
- Audit registration documents checking Right To Work etc.
- Process all preemployment checks (e.g. DBS checks, reference checks).
- Ensure all staff are compliant prior to starting work.
- Manage incoming temporary bookings from clients and update Weekly rota.
- Liaise with clients and fill shifts/bookings.
Recruitment Administrator will
- Have proven administrative experience in a fast paced environment.
- Work to deadlines and have excellent attention to detail skills.
- Be a supportive team player
- Have a professional attitude and appearance
- Have solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
