About All-Green
Established in 1998 and specialising in eco-friendly products since 2011, All-Green is a small company. Based in Halstock, we moved into our current premises in 2016 to meet our fast-growing businesses requirements.

Although our focus is environmentally friendly products, we also supply a growing range of garden and homewares, all supplied via mail-order to our customers from our own website, and third-party selling sites such as Amazon, eBay, OnBuy & Etsy.

We also supply to several schools/businesses throughout the country. We are a small team looking to take on staff to support and develop our continuously expanding business.


Product & Admin Assistant

We are looking for someone who is used to working in an office environment to help create our product listings, maintain, update, and grow our product range on Amazon, eBay, OnBuy, Etsy, our own website and our internal database.

This role will require someone with a high attention to detail to showcase our products and will also involve some more general product admin work.

Full training will be given to help monitor and fix listing issues as they occur and maintain our product catalogue.


Typically, this role will involve:


  • Helping to produce high quality product listings with technically accurate and concise information across all ecommerce platforms (eBay, Amazon, OnBuy, Etsy and our own Magento web store)
  • Updating product information on our database
  • Flexibility to help in various areas of our small but growing business
  • Managing communication with ecommerce platforms
  • Assisting with administrative tasks and office duties
  • Updating product listings and webpages

What we need (Your skills)

Essential skills:


  • Very strong attention to detail with a good level of literacy & accuracy
  • Good level of organisational skills & the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication skills, especially written
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and maintain accuracy
  • Ability to work alone to carry out most tasks, as well as working as part of our small team both in office and other areas of the business where needed
  • Flexibility to do different tasks in a very varied role
  • Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • To be honest & hard working
  • Needs own transport to be able to get here (no public transportation to Halstock).

Desirable skills, but not essential:


  • Experience of eBay, Etsy, and Amazon platforms for product listing
  • Eagerness to learn and develop skills across ecommerce platforms
  • Experience of Photoshop desirable
  • Strong computer skills
  • Experience of ecommerce retail desirable
  • Initiative to sort things out
  • Motivation to learn different aspects of the business
  • Efficient with good time management
