The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our hotel as a Front Office Team Member.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable and seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, including checkin, checkout, and responding to inquiries
Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction
Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, recordkeeping, and report generation
Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth operation and guest experience

Previous experience in a customerfacing role, ideally in a hotel or hospitality environment
