The Opportunity


We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our hotel as a Front Office Team Member.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable and seamless guest experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, including checkin, checkout, and responding to inquiries
  • Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, recordkeeping, and report generation
  • Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth operation and guest experience

  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
