Trading Team Administrator - Leeds - Up to £22,000 plus benefits


Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a continuously growing and forward-thinking Global Wholesale supplier in the Leeds area who are currently looking for a dedicated and passionate administrator professional to join their outgoing and talented team as Trading Team Administrator.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business during an exciting time of growth.

Trading Team Administrator Responsibilities:


  • Working as part of a team you will be accountable for product data including new line set up, price management and promotion activity
  • Data maintenance and integrity
  • Data analysis and reporting of issues to department manager
  • Working with other departments on data validation
  • Product and purchase order amends
  • Running daily customer stock reports
  • Managing and maintain the company's showroom of products
  • Communicating the arrival of new products
  • Consolidating and posting samples for our sales team

Hours:
Monday to Friday


Required Skills & Experience:


  • Previous experience of working within a team
  • Have the ability to prioritise your workload
  • You will be a confident communicator both written and verbally
  • Confident in using Microsoft Outlook including Excel.
