Billing Representative - Hybrid Working

The Billing Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring excellence in billing delivery within the Order to Cash function. The primary focus is on effectively managing payments through various portals such as Ariba, Tungsten, and Coupa.

Ensuring a positive customer experience is a key aspect of this role, collaborating closely with the Billing Operations manager to handle day-to-day activities and drive continuous improvement within the Billing team and processes.

Engagement through an umbrella company is required.

General Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer requests related to portals, including Vendor Onboarding
  • Streamline and document end-to-end processes, seeking efficiencies in portal registrations
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and enhancements to meet strategic goals
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain accurate records for portal customers
  • Resolve portal-related escalations and ensure adherence to customer regulations
  • Handle external customer inquiries on billing processes, internal controls, and policies effectively

Skills and Background Required:

  • Prior experience in software billing functions
  • Proven track record of managing relationships with third-party portal infrastructure like Ariba, Tungsten, Coupa, and Taulia
  • Proficiency in reporting tools such as Excel, Macro, Power BI, and database management
  • Expertise in invoicing and collections processes, adhering to best practices
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and focus on their needs
