Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established, organisation based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to join a welcoming and supportive team as a temporary Recruitment Administrator. This role offers hybrid working.
Summary
You will deliver excellent service by working as part of the internal recruitment Team to deliver efficient recruitment administration support.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Being the first point of contact for handling recruitment administrative queries
- Administering the recruitment inbox dealing with queries within SLA
- Writing and posting adverts
- Dealing with and shortlisting advert response
- Speaking with and screening potential applicants
- Liaising with stakeholders
- Booking and arranging interviews
- Dealing with and providing interview feedback
Skills and experience
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- An understanding of recruitment processes
- Ability to grasp system quickly, IT savvy
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Able to work to deadlines and manage own workload
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
