Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.
Duties:
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses
- Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers through excellent communication and service
- Assist customers with product information and pricing
- Provide support to customers in a day to day basis
- Up sell products or services to customers when appropriate
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Salary:
From £23,938.98 per year
