We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.


Duties:


  • Analyze customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers through excellent communication and service
  • Assist customers with product information and pricing
  • Provide support to customers in a day to day basis
  • Up sell products or services to customers when appropriate

Skills:


  • Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Salary:
From £23,938.98 per year
