• Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
• Daily uploads to social media of company content
• Complete CAD drawings to compliment quotations
• Typing of quotations and profesionally submitting to customers
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries from potential customers
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers
• Assist with order processing, including entering orders into the system
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Confidence in dealing with customers on a daily basis
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic math skills for order processing and calculations
• Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
