The Project Manager will be leading a programme of site-wide projects that are focused on delivering NPD.

• Managing several Projects, managing against tight deadlines.
• Interacting regularly with Senior Management on the inception, business case, strategy and milestones / deliverables for each project.
• Interrogating the data within each project to understand the performance against financial and operational milestones.
• Holding others accountable for their commitments as they contribute to the progress of the projects under the programme of works.

To be a successful Project Manager, you will have the following skills and experiences:

• Previous project management experience in a similar role, providing strategic direction.
• To have highly regulated industry experience, within manufacturing (Food / FMCG / pharmaceutical / biotechnology or medical devices).
• Project Management qualifications such as PRINCE2, APM, IPMA to advanced levels or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of project management software such as MS Project.
