Our client, an international asset and fund management company is looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer to join their office based in London.


Have you got a passion for all things GCP, AWS and Azure? If so, this is an excellent opportunity to join an established company.


This is a full time, permanent hands-on technical role focused on public cloud within a cross-platform engineering team responsible for the firm's core technology infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities:

  • You will design and maintain the firm's global network, operating systems
  • This includes:
  • Security policy and infrastructure, and core network services across datacentre's, cloud services, and offices
  • You will contribute to the design and implementation of these systems
  • You will work on systems to automate the management of the public cloud infrastructure

Key Skills:

  • Degree in computer science
  • Or up to 5 years' relevant experience
  • Extensive knowledge of modern cloud environments (preferably GCP/AWS/Azure)
  • Knowledge of operating systems, networking, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform)
  • Proficiency in coding infrastructure products in Python, Go, or a similar language is required
  • Previous experience with the design and maintenance of midsize cloud deployments
  • Indepth knowledge of storage and networking configuration
