A Tier 1, Legal 500 law firm are searching for a Corporate Associate/Senior Associate to join them in either Glasgow or Edinburgh.


What they are looking for:

  • They are looking for a strong corporate lawyer with experience in corporate finance, M&A (domestic and cross border) and private equity.
  • The corporate lawyers at this firm deal with clients at the forefront of their strategic development advising on M&A, disposals, flotations, takeovers, buyins and buyouts, joint ventures and investments.
  • Ideally have gained experience in a City firm or a large regional practice
  • Be technically excellent
  • Be commercially aware
  • Be enthusiastic about business development
  • Have strong academic background
