Job purpose
We are continuing to grow rapidly and to support the next stage of our growth we need a Build Project Coordinator to support the functions within our CIFP Programme.
The build project coordinators duty is to administer and monitor the successful completion of project deliverables amongst internal and external project stakeholders.
The task objectives are to ensure project milestones are completed on time, within budget and to the standards and quality set by the business or our clients.
Duties and responsibilities
Ability to be an effective liaison between various technical and non-technical functions across the program, including outside partners. Drive operating efficiency through initiatives that produce innovative solutions for optimizing operational tools used by the program.
Support the program and project manager with initiation, requirement definition, detailed project planning, financial oversight, risk identification and management, project execution and control, reporting and closure.
Effectively manage reporting and risk management of multiple projects that form part of a multi-year program, with joint accountability for scope, schedule and cost- Support/Facilitate the weekly programme meetings
- Publish EOM reporting inline with business requirements, adapting to new attributes
- Single POC for updating roll out plans within databases
- Potential to work with analyst to acquire the capability to do this internally to Access
- Collate/distribute contractor comm's
- Ensure adherence to prospective partnership agreement terms, issuing monthly targets/rollouts
- Collate monthly KPI's, contractor reporting
- Update internal & client systems to reflect changes and updates.
- Liaise with GIS Coordinator
- Escalation point for internal/external stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience
- Excellent organizational skills, communications skills (written and verbal) which will be utilized in achieving desired results and are critical to the position.
- Great at building strong internal and external working relationships.
- Keen and eager to learn new things.
- Passionate about telecommunications and technology.
- A strong fit for our brand and organissational culture
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Working conditions
- Management of internal and external stakeholders will be imperative. Written, and verbal updates must maintain a high standard of professionalism.
- Direct, and conference calling as required
- The successful applicant will work a standard working day pattern (8hrs per day 5 days per week), although there will be occasional out of hours requirements. Work will be a split of field

The Project Coordinator will be measured on:
- KPI's in accordance with the BU's measures
- Project Deliverables/milestone completions
Direct reports
- The role reports into Fibre manager CFIP Build
- The role works closely with Network
- Access, Distribution, Engineering teams, as well as other internal and external project stakeholders.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
