Jiamart Supermarket is looking for Supervisor to join our store.


Store Supervisor's Responsibilities:

  • Work with Store Manager for running the store.
  • Work with Store Manager for daily rotas, store operations, to maximum the sales, etc.
  • Deal with customer complaints.
  • Conduct stock checks and deal with deliveries.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the store to maintain a presentable shop image
- have relevant working experience in a retail management position.
- have management skills.
- have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- have good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- be proficient in Chinese as most of our staff, customers and providers are Chinese in the UK.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£26,350.00-£26,750.00 per year

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
  • Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

  • Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • London N10 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • London N10: Relocate before starting work (required)
