£30,000 - £31,500 (Up to £44,000 OTE)

THE BUSINESS:


  • C4S are proud to be working with Britain's greenest energy company
  • A British Renewable Energy Company, specialising in providing green energy to customers.
  • Looking for a BDM to join a rapidly expanding, award winning business development/sales team. This is a fieldbased business development and account management role.

THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER OPPORTUNITY:


  • Responsible for supporting retention and growthy of the company's client base,
  • Building and maintaining long term relationships.
  • Working with internal stakeholders to attract new business and upselling.
  • Working closely with credit and finance departments to ensure cash and debt position is considered.
  • Deliver individual and team targets.
  • B2B sales, selfgenerate opportunities via networking and outbound campaigns.
  • Build and deliver sales plan including sales forecast and reporting of pipeline.
  • Provide aftersales support.
  • Provide quotations, from initial tender to acceptance stage.
  • Development and implement new bespoke ideas to existing and new customers.

YOUR KEY SKILLS:


  • Experience in the Energy Industry (desirable)
  • Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, or a similar CRM
  • Computer literate including Microsoft Office Packages
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
  • Able to assess and interpret data and identify opportunities
