Description

We are seeking to appoint a Base Manager to provide leadership for The Base, coordinating provision for a range of students and staff and ensuring that there is a high level of inclusion for all students, including those with SEND and social and emotionaldifficulties.

The role will include planning the Base curriculum and contributing to the strategic plan for Base support, as well as coordinating and delivering one-to-one support and/or small-group work.

Experience
To be successful, you will be a leader with curriculum vision and the ability to resolve complex situations

You will also have:

Experience of continuing professional development in the field of inclusion;
The ability to plan, organise, assess, monitor and evaluate to support student progress;
Effective skills in the use of ICT;
Evidence of management and leadership qualities.
Teaching staff: Equivalent to range M4-M6 (£39,655 £44,756)
Support staff: Scale PO2-PO3, points £39,615 £45,711)
