_About the job_


As the Desktop Support Intern, you would be a member of the TS Imagine Infrastructure Team on a 12 month internship with an opportunity to be hired on a permanent basis.

You will be helping to support our global desktop environment, which is a typical blend of Microsoft and some supplementary systems from other providers.


TS Imagine runs modern desktop solutions and cloud-based services for its employees who support a globally distributed, highly available, cloud-hosted SAAS platform which processes 5 billion messages per day.

You will have the opportunity to help shape the future success of our mission-critical corporate IT services function in this fast-growing fintech.

You will interface with all levels of the business and have a work so support your region (EMEA). You will excel in an internal support role and be able to troubleshoot issues and handle incident escalations. You will be in an environment to learn production change management processes and procedures.

_What you'll do_

  • You will learn a variety of operating systems, tools, processes and technologies including:
  • Microsoft, including on-premise AD, Azure AD, Office 365 and Windows 10 / 1
  • Microsoft PowerShell
  • Remote access technology and multi factor authentication
  • Working technical knowledge of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
  • Desktops, laptops, servers and printers, Android and iPhone
  • Systems patching
  • Joiners, Movers, Leavers processes
  • Computer and software asset and license tracking
  • Incident management ticketing system (e.g. JIRA)
  • Monitoring

_You should have_

  • Experience in or knowledge of the following:


  • Windows 10 /1

  • Microsoft Office Applications
  • Terminal Emulation Applications (Putty)
  • Understanding of network concepts
  • Degree or relevant work experience in Computing Science
