    We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Support Specialist to join our team at 4Com Technologies Limited.

    As an IT Helpdesk Technician, you will provide technical telephone support to our customers, maintaining their systems and resolving faults professionally and promptly.

    You will work in an office-based position in Bournemouth and enjoy a competitive salary of up to £27,000 DOE, along with exciting future progression opportunities.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Provide technical telephone support to customers using remote tools to diagnose and resolve faults or inquiries related to their telecommunications systems.
    • Maintain high customer service standards by updating customers on the progress of their faults or inquiries.
    • Install, update, and maintain relevant software and systems.
    • Use remote troubleshooting tools to diagnose and fix hardware and software issues.
    • Report third-party faults and forward them to the relevant department.
    • Support the technical team in other areas as needed.
    • Log all customer interactions accurately in our database.

    Requirements
